WHY MEDIATE?

The financial crisis of recent years and the sharp fall of the value of property have created a number of “problematic” loans.  Both banks and businesses/private citizens wish (each for reasons of their own) to settle and make an arrangement for the outstanding debt. Recourse to justice and compulsory enforcement procedures are costly and timely. Mediation attains the immediate resolution of disputes, in the context also of the efforts by banks to drastically lower the volume of bad credit in their loan portfolios.
 

WHY US?

Having attended and successfully completed a specialised training program offered by the Hellenic Financial ADR Center (HFADRC), we can mediate in any type of financial dispute (with a banking, investment and insurance nature).
